Health food supplement based on 73-82% protein concentrates obtained from egg albumen by dehydration through dispersion and slight heating,
With the addition of vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B6, and B12
Egg represents an important source of high biological value protein. Their amino acid profile is very similar to that of human proteins. The assumption of egg guarantees excellent restoration of amino acids to the human body. However, the two components of egg, that is, yolk and albumen, have very different chemical-nutritional characteristics (see table below) and are often processed separately.

It is clear that nutritionally yolk is richer and more complete than albumen. However, its content of fats is too high for it to be used in sports, particularly when as pure a source of protein is desired. On the contrary, egg albumen is a source of almost pure protein: in fact, fats and sugars are virtually absent. Our product, Top Egg Protein 1000, is only produced from the albumen of fresh eggs, and subject to strict quality control. Once isolated, the albumen is dehydrated by dispersion and then heated slightly in order not to denature the proteins present. Following this, the raw material obtained is subject to a process of instantisation, with the characteristic odour of egg being lost, and which makes it highly soluble in water. It is worth noting that these processes have been patented and optimised by only one company in the world (Belovo SPA, Belgium). The raw material derived from it is the best in health food supplements based on powdered egg proteins that can be found on the market today.
While proteins have a mainly plastic/structural function in the human body, their importance in terms of energy in normal physiological conditions is negligible. Proteins provide most of the “building bricks” (amino acids) from which we are made and only become natural energy substrates in very particular conditions (e.g. a prolonged fast). Protein from egg albumen also satisfies this general rule. As already mentioned, the type of processing makes it extremely soluble and easy to digest.
Instructions
SPORT: in addition to the nutritional value of the protein, taking them as a health supplement is indicated for sport any time an increase in or maintenance of lean mass (muscle mass) needs to be guaranteed at the expense of fatty tissue. So TOP Egg Protein 1000 is a very technical product, easy to digest, and to prepare (almost immediately dissolving in water).
dosages:for participation in power sports, up to 1.6 - 1.7 gr of protein per kg of body weight is recommended. These dosages should be sufficient to meet the need to increase/maintain muscle mass. For participation in stamina resistance sports, up to 1.2 - 1.4 gr of protein per kg of body weight a day or longer in order to maintain muscle mass is advised. Mix 3 measures of the product (30 gr) in at least 150 ml of water or low fat milk.
EVERYDAY LIFE: the product is useful when the diet lacks protein (meat, fish) and for those who want to reduce their carbohydrate and fat intake during hypocaloric slimming diets. Milk serum proteins have a high biological value and can totally substitute meat (as a source of protein) for those who must reduce their cholesterol and fat intake, and help people suffering from hyperuricemia, gout, and urate nephropathy. Egg proteins are an extremely good alternative for those who are allergic or intolerant to milk or soya (e.g. milk proteins, soya proteins).
dosages: the recommended daily dosage for the proteins is 0.8 gr/kg of body weight.
packaging: 750 gr tin with 10 gr measuring doser flavours: cocoa – egg nog
