Egg Bar is an energy bar rich in egg and soya protein with elevated biological and carbohydrate content. It does not contain milk, dairy products and is lactose free. This important fact makes the energy bar ideal for allergy sufferers or whoever is intolerant to lactose and dairy products. Given the high protein content, Egg Bars have an average theoretic digestibility. Athletes should eat a bar one hour before or immediately after intense physical exertion, but never during. The energy bar helps restore energy and plastic reserves in the muscles after extensive exertion, and may also be eaten in place of a light meal during the day, given its balanced content of carbohydrates and protein. The low fat content also makes the energy bar ideal during low-calorie diets to help reduce the fatty mass.
Directions for use
Eat 1 bar before and 1 bar after extensive exertion. Never during exertion.
