What you should know:

Pro50+ is an energy bar rich in milk and soya protein, with elevated biological and carbohydrate content. Given the high protein content (16.5 g/bar) Pro50+ has an average theoretic digestibility. Athletes should eat a bar one hour before or immediately after intense physical exertion, but never during. After exertion Pro50+ helps restore energy and plastic reserves in the muscles. The energy bar is ideal to be eaten in place of a light meal during the day, given its balanced content of carbohydrates and protein. The low fat content also makes the energy bar ideal during low-calorie diets to help reduce the fatty mass. The nutritional contents of the bar make it suitable or compatible with zone diets (2 blocks).

 

Directions for use

Eat 1 bar before and 1 bar after extensive exertion. Never during exertion. As a substitute meal in low-calorie diets to help reduce the fatty mass, remember that 1 bar has 205 kilocalories. In zone diets Pro50+ represents about 2 blocks.
