Energy Stack was developed to provide a strong energy rush very quickly after assumption (a sort of booster). Its use is recommended in the final stages of stamina resistance exercise so that use of all residual energy or that in a crisis situation in which the athlete feels their performance suffering is optimised. The product is recommended before beginning power sports exercise in which the athlete must call on and use all their strength. In general, the product increases the intensity of the effort when required. This can improve performance and reduce the fatty tissue appreciably in people who use exercise to lose fatty tissue. The carbohydrates present in the solution (maltodextrin, fructose, and dextrose) make a relatively small calorie contribution (67 kcal/flacon) and above all they counteract the bitter taste of the caffeine. The product derives its effectiveness from caffeine, carnitine, and vitamin C being present together in relatively high doses. The caffeine strengthens hormonal actions such as that of adrenalin and noradrenalin. Caffeine uses a well-studied biochemical mechanism to increase metabolism of fats and increase general base metabolism, increasing wakefulness, alertness, and decreasing sensations of pain and fatigue. These effects are the basis of caffeine’s demonstrable ability to improve stamina and also power performance.Since adrenalin and noradrenalin underlie complex mechanisms in our cardiocirculatory system, the knowledge that beside the “benefits” of improving the athlete’s performance, unpleasant side effects can occur if they are abused (it should be sufficient to mention that the effects are the equivalent of drinking 10 cups of coffee). To give a good standard of comparison, the 180 mg of caffeine contained in a flacon of Energy Stack corresponds to about two cups of espresso coffee. Carnitine is able to transport the fatty acids inside the mitochondria (our biological blast furnaces) where they degrade in several stages with the consequent production of energy. This substance is therefore indispensable in lipid catabolism (lipolisis).Other functions of carnitine derive directly or indirectly from this “fat burning” function and all of these make more energy available. Several sports studies have shown that carnitine causes a general improvement in energy metabolism resulting in improved performance. It is important to stress that carnitine, even at high dosages, has never induced undesirable or unpleasant side-effects. The formulation is completed by vitamin C that increases the antioxidant defence against free radicals that from in great abundance when muscle fibres are subjected to greater stress by exercise.

dosage:1-2 phialoids a day depending on the physical exercise undertaken.The amount of caffeine in a phialoid is the equivalent of two cups of coffee.

EVERYDAY LIFE:the product can be used to reduce drowsiness or increase tone and concentration during long periods of effort or mental stress.
